Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Add ground lamb or beef, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned (6-8 minutes).
- Stir in diced carrots, frozen peas, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Boil russet potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (15-20 minutes). Drain and mash with butter and milk until smooth.
- Spread meat mixture in a baking dish, then layer mashed potatoes on top. Use a fork to create swirls.
