  • 4 dried guajillo peppers
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 12 small corn tortillas
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
