Instructions

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and broccoli; stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, adding red pepper flakes if desired. Cook for another minute.
  6. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
