Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
  • 34 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (preferably brown sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce and cornstarch; add chicken and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add marinated chicken and cook until golden brown.
