  • 12 slider buns
  • 8 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • 1 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, season ground beef with salt and pepper; form into 12 small patties (about 2 inches wide).
  3. Cook patties on the grill or skillet for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
  4. Place cheese on patties just before removing from heat; cover until melted. Toast buns on the grill until golden.
