- 1 lb flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 cups French fries (frozen or homemade)
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add sliced flank steak and let marinate for 30 minutes.
- 2. Sauté Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add red onions and cook until translucent (about 3 minutes), then add diced tomatoes and cook until softened.
- 3. Cook Steak: Increase heat to high and add marinated steak to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides.
