- 2 ½ cups (315g) all-purpose flour
- 1 ¼ cups (300ml) room temperature water
- 1 cup (150g) fresh blueberries
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp (30g) sugar (optional)
- 1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
