Instructions

  3. Shake occasionally while popping for about 3-5 minutes until popping slows to every 2 seconds.
  4. Remove from heat and sprinkle in granulated sugar; cover and shake vigorously to coat evenly.
  5. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with sea salt while still warm. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
