  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs (skin-on)
  • 1/3 cup pure honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pat dry the chicken thighs with paper towels and place them in a large bowl or ziplock bag. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken and massage it in.
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. In the last five minutes, brush on remaining marinade for a sticky glaze.
