  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine frozen hashbrowns, sour cream, half of the shredded cheese, bacon bits, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
