  • 2 tbsp warm water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the chocolate cookie crust for 10 minutes; let it cool completely.
  2. In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in warm water; set aside.
  3. Whip heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and whip until stiff peaks form.
