- 16 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and adjust the rack to the center.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
