Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add orange zest and juice.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Gently mix in cranberries.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
