  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick. Cut into circles (6 inches in diameter).
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning until creamy.
