  • 12 oz fresh or frozen ravioli
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Layer half the ravioli over the sauce, followed by half the mozzarella cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
  5. Repeat with the remaining marinara sauce, ravioli, mozzarella, and finish with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
