  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until tomatoes are well coated.

  5. After baking, mix the tomato-feta mixture with cooked pasta, adding reserved pasta water as needed for creaminess.
