  • 1 ½ cups crushed Oreo cookies (about 15 cookies)
  • For frosting: 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Additional crushed Oreos for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch round baking pans.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla to the dry mixture; mix until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in crushed Oreos.
  5. Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. For frosting, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; gradually add powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Once cakes are cooled, stack layers with frosting in between and top with remaining frosting and crushed Oreos.
