  • 28 oz canned diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups fish stock or broth
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz scallops
  • 8 oz mussels or clams, cleaned
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
