  • 1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and thyme, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Pour in vegetable broth and season with salt and pepper; stir to combine.
