  • 2 lobster tails (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut down the center of each lobster shell without cutting through the meat. Gently pull apart the shell.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and chopped herbs.
  5. Generously brush the butter mixture over each lobster tail.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until opaque and slightly browned.
