Description

Indulge in the creamy, rich flavors of Salmon and Shrimp Alfredo, a dish that transforms your dining experience into a culinary delight. This easy-to-make recipe features succulent shrimp and flaky salmon enveloped in a luscious Alfredo sauce, served over perfectly cooked fettuccine. Ideal for family gatherings or a cozy dinner at home, this dish is sure to impress with its gourmet taste and comforting texture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb raw large shrimp, peeled
  • 8 oz skinless salmon fillet
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Push shrimp to one side of the skillet and add the salmon fillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked through. Remove both seafood from the skillet; flake the salmon into pieces.
  4. Pour heavy cream into the same skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Simmer gently before stirring in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Return fettuccine, shrimp, and flaked salmon to the skillet; toss well to coat in sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.
