- 1–2 jalapeño peppers (sliced, seeds removed)
- 3 tablespoons honey (local preferred)
- Filtered water (enough to fill the jar)
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by peeling and chopping the ginger, mincing the garlic, chopping the onion, and slicing the jalapeños.
- In a large mason jar, layer the ginger, garlic, onion, horseradish, and jalapeños.
- Pour raw apple cider vinegar over the ingredients until submerged. Drizzle honey on top and stir gently.
- Seal the jar tightly and store it in a cool, dark place for 2-4 weeks; shake gently every few days.
