  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken slices seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown for about 5-7 minutes.
