  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust for spice level)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, green onions, soy sauce, and Sriracha. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F).
  5. While meatballs bake, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, lime juice, and additional Sriracha to taste for the dip.
  6. Serve meatballs warm with spicy mayo dip on the side.
