- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
