Description

Mango Lassi is a creamy, tropical delight that blends ripe mangoes and yogurt, perfect for cooling down on warm days or pairing with spicy dishes.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or sugar)
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes into chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine chopped mangoes, yogurt, milk, honey, and cardamom powder.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy (about 30 seconds), scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or sugar if desired.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom or fresh mint leaves.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
