Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and tools like mixing bowls and a skillet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine drained salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the egg to the mixture and blend until smooth. Shape into small patties about 3 inches wide.
