  • 1 medium Yellow Onion, sliced
  • 4 Crunchy Dill Pickles, sliced
  • 4 Brioche Burger Buns
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Ketchup and Mustard for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, season ground halal beef with salt and pepper. Shape into four thick patties (¾ inch).
  3. Grill patties for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, add onion slices to the grill to caramelize.
  5. Toast brioche buns on the grill until golden brown.
  6. Assemble by placing each patty on a bun, topping with grilled onions and pickles, then adding condiments as desired.
