- 1 medium Yellow Onion, sliced
- 4 Crunchy Dill Pickles, sliced
- 4 Brioche Burger Buns

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, season ground halal beef with salt and pepper. Shape into four thick patties (¾ inch).
- Grill patties for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- In the last minute of cooking, add onion slices to the grill to caramelize.
- Toast brioche buns on the grill until golden brown.
