- 4 burger buns

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine ground halal beef, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands.
- Shape the mixture into four equal patties, about ¾ inch thick; make a small indentation in the center of each patty.
- Grill the patties for 5-7 minutes per side until they reach your desired doneness.
