Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1 medium bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced

- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 4 whole wheat buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
