Instructions
- Brew espresso and let it cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine mascarpone cheese and egg yolks, beating until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso and layer them in your serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture on top.
