  • 2 cups shredded cheese (1 cup sharp cheddar, 1 cup Monterey Jack)
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced (fresh or pickled)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ½ cup guacamole (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread half of the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chips and add sliced jalapeños.
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and add the remaining chips, followed by more cheese and toppings.
  6. Bake again for another 5-7 minutes until everything is melty.
  7. Serve hot with a drizzle of sour cream or guacamole on top.
