  • 1 oz ranch dressing mix (1 packet)
  • 1 oz au jus gravy mix (1 packet)
  • 56 pepperoncini peppers (with juice)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chuck roast generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Optional: Sear the roast in a hot skillet for 3–4 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. Place the roast in the crockpot. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over it, then add the pepperoncini peppers on top.
  4. Pour beef broth around the sides of the roast.
