- 1–2 tablespoons gel food coloring
- 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients and tools, including mixing bowls, a spatula, and an 8×8-inch pan lined with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and gradually mix in the food coloring until you reach your desired hue; you can divide the mixture for multiple colors if desired.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and optional chopped nuts without crushing them.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spread evenly, and top with sprinkles. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
