Description

Delight in this vibrant Easter fudge, a creamy and colorful treat that adds sweetness to any spring celebration.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 12 tablespoons gel food coloring
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Colorful sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients and tools, including mixing bowls, a spatula, and an 8×8-inch pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and gradually mix in the food coloring until you reach your desired hue; you can divide the mixture for multiple colors if desired.
  4. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and optional chopped nuts without crushing them.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spread evenly, and top with sprinkles. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
  6. Lift the fudge out using the parchment edges, cut into squares, and serve on a festive platter.
