  • 1 cup flour or 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 soft flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • ½ cup ranch, barbecue, or honey mustard sauce

Instructions
