- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese blend
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté diced onion until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute. Stir in shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper.
