  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Mix in softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add coffee granules until fully dissolved.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in nuts if using, then pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
