Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise, exposing the meat.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter; add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until combined.
- Place lobster tails on a lined baking sheet and baste generously with garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
