- 24 ladyfingers
- 1 cup strong brewed espresso, cooled
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

- 2 tbsp rum or coffee liqueur (optional)
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of espresso and allow it to cool slightly. Stir in rum or liqueur if desired.
