Ingredients

  • Fresh Lobster
  • Fettuccine Pasta
  • Heavy Cream
  • Garlic
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Lemon Juice
  • Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, boil water and cook lobster for 8-10 minutes until bright red. Remove and let cool before cracking open the shells.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream to the skillet, stirring continuously for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Gradually whisk in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Toss in cooked fettuccine, chopped lobster meat, and lemon juice, mixing thoroughly to coat in the sauce.
