  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round baking dish.
  2. Toss pear slices with lemon juice in a bowl.
