  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped

  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
