Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease an 8-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
