Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Tonkatsu sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to 1/2 inch thickness for even cooking.
