Instructions
- Chop bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces; mince garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned diced chicken; cook until golden brown and cooked through (6-8 minutes).
- Remove the chicken and sauté onions and bell peppers in the same skillet until softened (5-7 minutes).
