Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and sour cream; mix until silky.
- Stir in vanilla extract and gently fold in crushed blackberries, keeping some swirls visible.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and spread evenly. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set around the edges but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool completely and refrigerate for at least four hours before serving. Serve chilled with extra blackberries if desired.
