  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine rolled oats, protein powder, mashed banana, eggs, milk, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
