Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream together butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in eggs one at a time followed by mint extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips (and food coloring if using) until evenly distributed.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown but centers remain soft.
