Description

Blueberry Cream Cheese Egg Rolls are a crispy, creamy delight filled with juicy blueberries and smooth cream cheese, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth at any gathering.

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 2 tbsp Sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil (for frying)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, fresh blueberries, sugar, and cinnamon until smooth and creamy.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper flat, spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling into the center, and fold according to package instructions. Seal the edges well with water.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Test readiness by dropping in a small piece of wrapper; it should sizzle.
  4. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown on all sides, approximately 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Allow cooling slightly before serving. Optionally dust with powdered sugar.
