- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, fresh blueberries, sugar, and cinnamon until smooth and creamy.
- Place an egg roll wrapper flat, spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling into the center, and fold according to package instructions. Seal the edges well with water.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Test readiness by dropping in a small piece of wrapper; it should sizzle.
- Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown on all sides, approximately 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
- Allow cooling slightly before serving. Optionally dust with powdered sugar.
