- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Large flour tortillas
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1 can diced green chiles
- Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Boil the chicken breasts in salted water until cooked through (15-20 minutes), then shred using two forks.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, half of the cheese, green chiles, garlic powder, and sour cream.
